Windows 11 Gets a Rumored Upgrade: AI Graphics & Color Management Makeover
Windows 11

Hey there! So, there's a few rumors going around about Microsoft cooking up something pretty cool for Windows 11. how NVIDIA's got that DLSS thing,  Well, it looks like Microsoft's taking a page out of their book and working on their own version of it.

In short, new feature, noticed by a user named PhantomOcean3, aims to use AI to beef up the graphics in games, making them smoother and more detailed.  That's because it's kinda like whatever NVIDIA's been doing with DLSS, and AMD and Intel have their own versions too.

Yet here's the thing: Microsoft has not officially announced the beans on this yet. Hence, we're left thought how exactly it's gonna work and whether it'll need any specific hardware to run. NVIDIA's DLSS, for example, relies on some fancy tensor cores in their RTX graphics cards, but we're not sure if Microsoft's version will follow suit.

Now, that's not all Microsoft's up to. They're also tinkering with color management in Windows 11, especially for those snazzy OLED TVs with HDR support. See, up until now, Windows hasn't been great at managing colors, leaving gamers to mess around with custom themes that look like they're straight out of the '90s.

But with these coming improvements, it looks like Microsoft's trying to make things a whole lot easier. They're putting color management within the main display settings, so you can set profiles for stuff like sRGB and DCI-P3 without jumping through hoops. Plus, there's this nifty auto color control feature in the making to keep everything looking spot-on.

So, certainly, Microsoft has some tricks up its sleeve for Windows 11, and gamers and color passionate both are eager to see what comes next.
