o you remember how AI robots caused a lot of interest last year? Get ready, because having them on your Android and iPhone is big in 2024! There are lots of new apps out there that claim to make life easier and more fun, like Chatgpt.

Wait, there's more! According to forbes Google just sent out a big warning: these AI helpers can be very dangerous for your privacy and safety!

Just think about it: we're usually very careful about what apps we download and what rights we give them, even in the case of Facebook. But when you talk to an AI robot, it feels like you're talking to a cool new friend, right? There's no thought behind what we say.

The catch is that these "friends" are really linked to big tech companies that get paid to show you ads and gather information about you. Their main goal isn't to be your best friend, even if they seem nice.

Remember when I worried about AI sneaking into messaging apps? Well, the future is here, and even Google is telling people to be careful. In essence, they're saying, "Don't tell these AI things anything personal!" We're talking secrets, private stuff, anything you wouldn't want everyone to know.

And guess what? Google collects all those chats, how you use the app, even where you are! They say it's to "make things better," but let's be real, your info is their goldmine.

So, what does this mean for us normal folks?

  • Don't tell AI assistants your darkest secrets. Think of them as acquaintances, not best friends.
  • Be careful about what you allow them to do. Don't give them access to everything on your Android and iPhone!
  • Remember, they're tools, not friends. Use them carefully and don't get fooled into thinking they really care about you.
  • Let's be smart and keep our info safe in this exciting (but possibly risky) world of AI phones! Tell me in the comments what you think - are you happy about AI assistants, or are you scared about the risks?
